VERISIM SKIES

STORY:

Merciless warrior, forged in strife.

The fastest bullet. The sharpest knife.

Enemies shatter in your wake.

Your strength, your resolve, none shall break.

Should you fail to save your home,

Then among the stars forever roam.

The year is 5494. A terrorist attack on Korva, the capital of The Red Zone, has resulted in the loss of over 15,000 Korvan lives. Evidence from the investigations suggests that a Skyddan cargo ship from The Green Zone is directly linked to the attack.

When questioned, the Skyddan Government denied any involvement. This is not the answer the people of Korva were hoping for.

As Champion of The Red Zone, you will lead the assault on The Green Zone and bring justice to your home.

CONTROLS:

*All controls can be customized from the main menu.

Controls for the menu:

- WASD, Arrow Keys, D-pad, or Left Analog Stick to navigate.

- L (Keyboard), A (Xbox), or X (Playstation) to select.

Controls for game:

Keyboard

- WASD or Arrow Keys to move.

- L to shoot.

Controller

- D-pad or Left Analog Stick to move.

- A (Xbox) or X (Playstation) to shoot.

IN THIS DEMO:

- Experience the first mission of Verisim Skies.

- 2 Boss fights.

- An engaging story that doesn't interrupt the action.

- Collect the hidden 'Loonah' Coin for extra points. You'll need it if you want a high score!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Verisim Skies is a game that aims to provide players with a SHMUP that focuses on story without detracting from the gameplay. This demo will show you a small taste of what that means. 

The epic story will unfold over the 8-9 missions available in the final game. Please look forward to the release in (hopefully) 2023!

Hello! My name is Luggage, and I am the lone developer of Verisim Skies. This is my first game, and I am open to any and all feedback that players are willing to provide.
